Booking a photoshoot should feel exciting, simple, and completely stress‑free. Whether you’re preparing for a family session, a grad milestone, or a moment with your beloved pet, I want you to feel supported from the very first step. Here’s a look at what happens before your session with Allmemories Photography.
1. Booking Your Date
Once you’ve chosen the type of session you’d like, we’ll find a date that works best for you. I’ll temporarily hold your spot while we move through the next steps so you never feel rushed.
2. Contract & Deposit
To officially secure your session, you’ll receive a short, easy‑to‑read contract outlining what’s included, policies, and expectations. A deposit is required at this stage — once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your session is fully booked and locked in.
3. Your Pre‑Session Questionnaire
Next, you’ll receive a personalized questionnaire. This is where you can share your vision, your family’s personalities, any must‑have shots, and details that help me tailor the session to you. Whether you love candid moments, guided posing, or a mix of both, this is where I learn what matters most.
4. Optional Pre‑Session Chat
If you’d like to talk through outfits, locations, accessibility needs, or ideas, we can schedule a quick call or Zoom. Some clients love this step, others skip it — it’s completely up to you.
5. Payment Timeline
Your remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. I’ll send a friendly reminder so nothing gets missed. I accept various types of payments to keep things easy.
6. Final Prep Guide
A few days before your session, you’ll receive a prep guide with outfit tips, what to bring, and ways to help kids (and pets!) feel comfortable. My goal is to make sure you arrive feeling confident, relaxed, and excited.
